Gf, my friend i got 2 on iphone 3G but uhm.. just w8 till battery is 0%, Then plugin to itunes reset ... u will los everything if u dont save the old things like apps..

Mate hold the home + power button for 10 seconds. That should fix it.

How about calling Apple. They usually know what to do & if you still have warranty then you should be ok.

If it wont turn on, they can't tell its been jailbroken....

Yes, this just happened to me! all I did was plugged it in opened itunes and then hold home and power untill it shows the apple screen keep holding till the plug in to itunes thing pops up. Then itunes will say it is in DFU mode and then you just have to restore it you will lose everything but better then losing a 700$ phone.
