cannot program

anyone know what i can do to program or just fix it.
i was think to run a hair dryer over because i mean you can fix a ps3 and xbox doing it so why try a phone. Help would be good

I believe you should try this: Power off your phone normally. Then slide it open and press and hold the x and power until you see a yellow triangle with an exclamation point. Once there hit the search button at the bottom of your phone and then use the arrow keys to scroll down to factory/data reset and wipe and choose it. This will get rid of everything but hopefully it will solve your issue!
