I have heard good about Inspire. It also looks pretty nice. Price is also
like 100$ lower than Surround's. So I would choose HTC Inspire Happy

the htc inspire is definately the nicest of the two phones even though its called the desire hd here in the united kingdom ive got a htc phone and i love it. But it depends what you want from a phone =D
