Actually the User Interface itself on the iPhone is better, the features such as the Pinch-and-Zoom and scrolling was perfected way back on previous iPhone's, and only very recently has Android managed to come close to competing on the same level!
Easily updatable via iTunes and is an easy transition from iPod to iPhone for anyone who used to own an iPod... which was like 95% of the population.
Storage space, most, if not all, Android phones require more memory via MicroSD cards which cost £££, where-as iPhone's just have it built in 16GB/32GB.
I don't think I need to ramble on about the iPhone anymore, people already know it's not going to be knocked from it's pedestal, and with the iPhone 5 inevitably coming out, then that's going to further make a huge gap between the competition.
