Well you dont have to!!! I recently brought my phone to a verizon store to see how much it would cost to use it, $100 dollars a month just for calling plan. So I asked the guy at verizon if there was anyway to just get past the activation screen and just play games and apps, he entered a simple code into the emergency dialer and it was out of the activation screen!!! The only problem... He didnt tell me the code. So I spent a while trying to find this code... Thankfully you dont have to spend a long time trying to get past the activation code.
Enter this into the emergency dialer then press home
