So how do I clean it out? Is there an easy way?

Your Phone is full or ur SD Card? Since the Logs on the Phone.. And the Pics on the SD Card? What Phone u got :p

And what is full?, did u check if it was only the RAM?

I have the LG Axis. It says the SD Card is at 99% And I only have 40 pictures. Use to have alot more. So it can't be that. I erased like 3 apps, deleted my texts, call logs..

U might got a Card Reader on ur PC? Put in the SD Card and Check it.. even for invisible Folders.. Maybe u find why ur Card is full..

i agree with this. :y: and if you havent yet, just do a simple reboot. sometimes restarting the phone is the simplest/easiest fix

How many gb is ur sd card?
Is your phone rooted?
--If it is, backups usually takes up a lot of spaces.
And yeah check with a computer

Rooted doesnt mean Backups, lol.. Mostly Ppls doing Backus via CWM.. not over any APP..

Backing up in cwm does fill up ur SD card! Every backup goes in ur SD card, except for android devices that doesn't support SD card like the galaxy tab 10.1
Cwm backups are in the folder clockwork>backup
Root doesnt fill ur SD card, cwm backups do though
