(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); OK I have a Samsung intercept from sprint. The phone only boots the bootloaders and then freezes. My phone is old and its not rooted. I WANT TO return it to default settings erasing everything completely and maybe updating it through SD card if possible. The only issue is that the phone won't load all the way which means I can't delete or update it inside. The only way I was thinking was through recovery. EITHER way I request help deleting everything via SD card or any Mather has long as I restore it back completely and also I wana usage via SD so if you can get me an update.zip perfect. I'll donate 40k

Try taking the battery out for 30 min to an hour, or try do a hard reset.

Your phone is experiencing what is called a boot loop.Take out your battery, re insert it but do not turn the phone on.Hold your volume up button and press the power button.Go into recovery, and reset your phone.Once done, load up phone and update.

His phone most likely doesn't have a recovery if it's not rooted.
