No-wonder the guy asked for bank transfer, must have known i'd get my money back from paypal.

Left me no choice but to now have to take him to court.

I told him i'd take him to court and follow legal proceedings..

Contact your bank and tell them you did a data transfer for an item from ebay, younhave recieved the item and it is faulty, you now want to put in a claim and recall the transfer, they will help you from there, something smilliar happended to me all be it not from ebay but v simliar circumstances, will take a little while but stand your ground and you will get your money back, good luck!!

I feel bad for you but you shouldn't have done a bank transfer. You should have just bought a different phone or waited for a better deal but, good luck with your situation!
