So wait do I have to keep redoing this over and over again. Meaning does this just add back the number of skips. Or is it TRULY unlimited. Also what happens on reboots, etc.

It will reset the skips to 6 left each time you do it so after 6 skips you have to do it once then after 6 more you have to do it again.
