And the rumors says that Samsung will release an new Samsung Galaxy s3 with Quad core processor and a largde RAM, so you might wait (Summer)

Mobile flash is dead. That's not HTC's problem actually. Steve Jobs was right on this one.
With the phones he listed I can conclude that he doesn't want a very high end phone, just a phone that will do everything he needs and some games with browsing.
HTC Sensation or the HTC HD7 from me. Leaning towards the HD7
