Open it up, rice doesn't do much you have to let it dry out from the INSIDE, once opened try to put it back together (youtube some tuts) or give it to a phone repairer

when i dropped mine in vodka i opened it all up and dried it out with a hair dryer and it had garantee but not for water damage so i dried it all out so there was no sign of water an brought it to the shop and got it fixed for free lol but yh try dry it out with a hair dryer and it mite work and if the little white sticker on the battery has turned red it mite be the battery try a new one or some body else battery hop u get it working bud.
