whenever you drop any electronics in water they recommend you immediately place it in bag of rice for 24 hours +

what bout if i did a few days ago should i still do it?

i would say yes, there might still be water in it that is stopping your phone from working properly

do i just put in bag of rice and seal it i done it yesterday at 4pm?

yep as long as you got the rice covering the whole phone
