I Have a little bit of knowledge around phone mods and tweaks i have jail broken my own iPod but i have never try'd any thing like this so i would like to hear what i should do or a "How to guide" From the people of NGU :'

Doubt you can. Might not even be legit, although it looks to be. There's no information about this anywhere except for this one video.

Such a ROM has not been created yet anywhere but that one video. You're gonna have to wait awhile to see if it ever happens.

Currently there is no public Android ROM for this phone, but there are MANY custom WP7 ROMS available here:

With a little homework, you will be able to load and test multiple ROMS to see if there is one that will better fit you and your needs. Don't be afraid to try them out, but take caution to back up your phone if you need to save any old data.
