Step One: Take out phones SD Card "If There Is One"

Step Two: Press Bottom Volume Key Then Top Then Finally The Power Button All In A Timely Fashion

Step Three: This Will Put Your Device In "Andriod System Recovery" mode.

Step Four: Use Your Volume Buttons To Scroll Down And Your Power Button To Select.

Step Five: Scroll Down To "delete all user data" and select it next "delete all cache data". this will wipe the phones memory of everything .. literally everything...

Step Six: Scroll Back Up To Reboot System Now this should restart the phone and the phone should start up normally. If it starts up with no password you did this correctly.
