and in the Part 2 it said something about firmware 63 or 67 but my device was none of them :S

You'll have to download flashtool for Sony Xperia devices, and then download firmware 63 or 67 as a .ftf file, or downgrade to Android 2.3.7. Hope this helps, I have an Xperia X10 and it's pretty much the same kind of stuff for most Sony Android phones
