(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Samsung have officially announced the Galaxy Note 2, the successor to the hugely popular phone/tablet hybrid, often known as a 'phablet'

Galaxy Note 2 will feature a 5.5 inch Super Amoled HD screen, 8MP rear & 1.9MP front cameras, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, , being powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 3,100mAh battery, as for colour choices, you have the option of Marble White, which has previously been seen on the Galaxy S3, and also Titanium Grey, it will be available in 16GB, 32GB & 64GB storage options but will also feature a MicroSD card slot to expand the storage even more.

Galaxy Note 2 will launch in October 2012.


I'll definately be considering it, since my contract ends in Dececember. Let me know what you guys think of it, especially if you own a Galaxy S3 or the original Galaxy Note.

Hey man if you like that screen size great go for it. I'll be better off with the GS3.

I Have The Note 2 And It is Great So Far. The S-Pen Is Good And Has Good Features.

Performance wise, yes, but by a near unnoticable amount, the S3 is incredibly fast & is all that's needed by most people. The Note 2 features a bigger screen, slightly faster processor (0.2GHz faster) and 2GB of RAM, the S3 has 1GB, it really comes down to what you'll be using it for.
