I like installing custom roms but it seems harder to do on HTC phones plus you have to unlock the bootloader yourself. I have had good experience with samsung phones and I don't know if I should try something different. Does anybody have any advice on which would be better for me?

Samsung galaxy s3 is the choice to go

Got the Galaxy S3 and couldn't be happier. I will say however I would have went with the LG Optimus G if it had unlocked bootloaders
