Galaxy SIII in my opinion. Maybe the HTC One X +

First, the OLED screen is very dim in sunlight. However even the North American LTE variant with a dual core Snapdragon S4 and 2GB of RAM is very speedy. The occasional hiccup I notice has more to do with the software rather than the hardware. I am waiting patiently for Jellybean because of "Project Butter". I really can't wait to get my hands on Jellybean and do some testing on it. I think that the S4 CPU is more powerful than the one in the iPhone 5, however it's just that I think ICS is screwing it up for the SIII.
I really wish that Samsung stopped with the touchwiz and I wish that every android phone gave you the option of installing the overlay or not.
But nevertheless, the phone is fast, big and has way more features than the iPhone 5. Once Jellybean is out I think that the S3 will kill any smartphone. Google Now > Siri
So I guess the best phone that I've used so far is the S3. But the One X gets a close second for me.
If you want jellybean why not flash cyanogenmod 10 or any other jellybean rom? You wont have to wait that long for new updates if you flash custom roms.
