But yeah, I know how to unlock the phone itself, but I need to find the passcode for the IMEI number? I've got the IMEI number, but everywhere I go for the passcode is charging like $20 - $30. Is there a free way to get the IMEI passcode?

As I said, I have the IMEI number + know how to unlock the Samsung F480 Tocco locked to Orange, I just need the passcode!
