Just go back to verizon and tell them the incident.

They should refund you or analyze your phone, free of charge of coarse.

What you could try is resetting network connections within the settings app, I lost all signal and just got no service one day and doing this fixed it for me

The more you drop it the most likely the antenna will damage and will lose reception or wont work at all.
