how do i unjailbreak iphone

In iTunes make sure that you make a backup of your iPhone, then you will want to do a restore. Restoring is the only way to "unjailbreak".

Or you update iOS on the PC. But this works only if you are under iOS 6.1.3

That's not recommended whatsoever, you have a high chance of bricking your device.

Just do a restore and update or whatever and you will be good.
