I thought maybe since I had a lot of tweaks on there that, that was the problem but I deleted a few and it's still being slow as shit. I also freed up my memory like deleting songs, apps, photo's, etc and it's still being slow. I'll be on youtube just scrolling through the comments and every time I scroll, it freezes for about 5 seconds then scrolls a little bit and repeats. What do I doooooooooo

Problem solved:
Restore iPhone to factory, and see how much faster it is on iOS 7.1.2. Then jailbreak it and be cautious of the tweaks you add. I did that on my 4s with iOS 7. It improved dramatically.

Well i think that first of all u are jailbroken and the most part comes from there and second u seem to have alot of space taken i would restore the phone if i where you and re-install the jailbreak

The 4s is already considered ancient tbh. The A5 processor doesn't work well with iOS 7 in general, hence why most apps and such are optimized for the iPhone 5 and its A6 processor

ancient? nothing from the 21st century is considered ancient. especially a phone that has sold more units then bungie has sold halo copies.

You obviously don't know about how quickly technology advances. Plus, that comparison has no value. Comparing a phone to a video game is like comparing a movie to an automobile.

technology is advancing quickly but i see more iphone 4's/4s's in the hands of the general populous then i see iphone 5's/5s's so i highly doubt it is considered ancient to anyone but yourself.

I would recommend you to restore your iPhone ;/
