Just put "reset" (without ") before the dvar which changes the vision.
So if you use "r_blur 7" for example the code to reset it is "reset r_blur"

i know that but i mean like i have vision menu on my cfg
and i wonder how i reset al of them whit only a click

oh, well, for example say the code was
profile_GoldVision 1 (< that doesn't exist, just an example)
you'd put
bind button_b reset profile_GoldVision
binding it to 'x'
