Yes you can just like the infection menu, but the only difference is that the host doesn't have to go into a pre-game lobby you just leave when you are infected but things like cfg, I don't see a point in hosting that on bypass. There is like aim/uav/ and laser infections the host can give to the whole lobby though.

get a friend who host to give you infectable menu. it's a cfg and takes no effort for you
