I actually deleted my mw2 on pc cause I thought it was only .gsc and i had alterrev so i never knew how to host online...can you tell me how to get cfg patch on mw2 pc?

It's pretty easy, all you have to do is transfer the CFG file to Pc. You'd have to look up more details if you want to know exactly what to do, it's hard for me to explain, but alterev, and alterw are no more, they got shut down, Fourdeltaone is the only thing left.
