I need to replace it because this has the menu in the middle of the screen and i need it at the bottom right so people can see the menu

i think that people can only see the default middle left unless they change it them selves

You can only set it to middle and lower left.

If this is cfg theres only 2 places the menu can be as of now. Lower left and Middle of the screen.

If you want it lower left you take seta con_gameMsgWindow1Filter "gamenotify" out.
