(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So ive downloaded many cfgs ALL loaded on my usb I plug it in the right plug in my ps3 but while I try to activate it it wont load so I check my usb Data And it says thers nothing on it? Please help!!

YOU CAN ONLY HAVE ONE buttons_default.cfg file on the root of your ps3. (if menu includes other files then put them into root of usb too but dont include any other .cfgs that do not go with the original menu.

plug usb into right port

Get the cfg infection from joining someone in private match

Go to splitscreen and make/load account

psn unlocks on and start! THEN IN GAME PRESS SELECT then dpad up to open menu!
if doesnt work then the problem is the menu

Where can I find the root of my usb? I have windows 8

The root of your USB is just where you just have nothing inside it, like a folder then you have your stuff in it. That is not the root of your USB. It is on your USB. Not inside anything.
Try moving your different files to a location where you know you can get it back then try doing the CFG thingy. Happy
