You have to do them again if you turn off your PS3, Change a game via disc change, or backing out to the main menu of MW2. At the Multiplayer menu, you don't lose it Hope I helped

Ok literally download a cfg you like drag and drop on root of your USB the extract the .cfg file and if their is unlock extract the to put it in the Right USB port get the simple cfg infection go to splitscreen turn your " online unlocks on " start the match then press " select and DPAD up " the end the game and your off.
