(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Many users submit a list of Mw2's DVARs, but where do they get them from?

Questions;

1) Anyone know were I can find Mw2's 1.14 complete DVAR list with every single line of code that can be used in a CFG file, on the PS3?

but it's not accurate enough, or descriptive enough. For example, in the following code;
set aim_lockon_deflection "0.0005"
How do I find out what commands like "lockon_deflection" do?
I know it's not supposed to be public knowledge, but how do those who make these codes know what they do?

3) What is the difference between Cvars and Dvars? From what I've read, it seems like Cvars allow actual programming while Dvars only allow small game tweaking. If that's so, does that mean, if CFG allowed Dvars, the C++ language or C# language could be used in the file, and work on the PS3?

4) I imagine anything being possible when it comes to programming; Since a CFG on mw2 can only run Cvars, in theory, would it be possible to write a code in cfg that allows the cfg to run Cvars as well? Like some kind of CFG systems exploit.
