Find the patches (patch_mp.ff) and put them on your console via an FTP server or a file manager. Not all of them have the USB CFG infection but one that does is WxMPatcher's v3. Search around on here or on YouTube to find it. Once you've loaded the game up with patch installed go down to Infections, then CFG Infection. Now go back to the lobby and invite people, when people join they will pick up the infection.

Will that allow me to infect myself? and do u think this patch has better mods than CFG mod menus?

patches are the same as cfg menus, except cfg files are just the raw files found inside the patch_mp.ff file. And infecting yourself would be awkward because you'd have a patch and a cfg on at the same time... You could just import the cfg files into a blank patch_mp.ff though. There are tuts around for that.

also do not use a patch then use a cfg at the same time. u will mess up but 99.9% of the time get error or command over flow because u use the same vstrs in the menus
