well... umm all it has is high jump.but can you test it? then tell me if it works? like send me a video or something, press dpad up then square to activate super jump, all you do is rename file to button_default then put it in usb and all that good stuff

Really? so is it a menu base with one mod or a patch with one bind?

That's nothing but a toggle to turn super jump on/off. It's not even a menu.
Therefore pretty useless.
