Ok, so I was searching the MW2 dvar dump and found these codes:

cg_invalidCmdHintBlinkInterval "600"
cg_invalidCmdHintDuration "1800"
I'm not sure what the codes do exactly but I think if you set both values to "0" or possibly use a negative value, it would work 
This is untested so please don't hate if it doesn't work, I'm just trying to contribute to the community

i like how you call us no lives when you sit around begging us for cfg infection and i didnt waste 200 on a 3.55 , iv had mine since the firmware 3.55 was released, if it wasnt for us you wouldnt have a menu at all , and all those usb menus look the same just different colour , i really dont see the point in releasing the same menu over and over again and then call it yours , i have no respect for people who use usb menus :boss:
