Post: Why doesn't everyone do this in NPP

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Earlier today my friend asked me how to make a verify menu, so I told him over Skype how to do and he still didn't get it (I mean how hard is it really?). So I told him to share his screen and I looked at the wall of text he showed me and I couldn't stay concentrated on it, I was reading what he put there and it was too bland for me too read. That's when I realised I was probably the only one who does this, but in Notepad ++ I add colour to my code (if you can call it that).

This is what the 'code' looks like before:
You must login or register to view this content.

And this is what it looks like after:
You must login or register to view this content.

I don't know, it just seems a million time better to me.

The following user groaned ManlikeKami for this awful post:

I don't know with other text editors, but with NPP you click Language at the top and at the bottom of the list is a button for Define your Language. If you click that, another window will appear and all you have to do is set the words and the colours you want.
If you want a template so it will look like mine, click the button saying import at the top and locate this file:
You must login or register to view this content.

My language is:
You must login or register to view this content.
Just click import and locate to this file.

No, actually, I've known how to do this a long time. I've used this a lot with extensions that don't have a setting (like .cfg).
Even if I did just find this out, why would that make me dumb?
