PS: i got bles00683 too and it works for me
PSS: you mist change the name from the patch to: patch_mp.ff if you got another name, it wont work!

yeah i have bles00683 and yeah its called patch_mp.ff and it still doesn't work

Everytime i start up Mw2 i get "Registration of the trophy info could not be completed the game will quit"? if that helps you ? :S
