It has a true flyable helicopter, UFO Mode, Nuke AT4, better infections menu, organised stats editing, annoying confirm thing!
It was not finished by any standards and you people will now miss out on the remote controllable UAV Plane, plus some other secret stuff i was working on.
Now all you need to do is thank the leaker's for denying you the opportunity for the never seen before stuff.

you have to put mod the mw2 files from ftp server . you cant get 11 prestige unless you mod the files yourselff

i have his patch on my ps3 and in the lobby under one of the menus it says 11th prestige i hit it and the game crashes

Follow DEREKTROTTERs 11th Prestige Tutorial... it werks perfectly...
like someone already stated.. the 11th prestige doesn't work unless u overwrite the default_mp.self file yourself and then AS HOST.. do the 11th prestige.

I believe you have to modify one of the files with ftp server
