Mw2 1.12 original pkg. file
Mw2 1.12 debug pkg. file
Key files from 1.09 or 1.10 patch
All Files 1.12 installs on your system
a .self template file (it might help)

Since it's obvious now that unless we can edit the other files included with the 1.12 patch (probably the default_mp.self), we are only going to be able to inject small amounts of code into the patch_mp.ff file.
If we all work on it, we may FULLY crack it. Or at least find a work around.
