Thanks to Efthy, PCfreak,Mvieyra,ITheFallenI,Aerosoul94, Remix, and any other people who have contributed to 1.12 hacking!
Alright NGU this is my V2 1.12 patch. My first patch was pretty successful and i took some of your ideas and demands and i added them to my patch. I have added quite a bit of stuff since my v1 and i have moved some stuff around. The menu is noob tube compatible now. The menu still opens up with dpad left but i have changed noob tubes to dpad up. So whenever you feel you want to noob tube, you can do so now! I have also added a miniconsole to the menu (this allows you to see client numbers and names, so you can kick or ban the proper players... without kicking yourself anymore). Along with this is something called status, which will display the ip address of members in a lobby. You can then take this ip address and search it on the internet in order to find out where they live geologically speaking. This is really fun to do and can creep people out. Check my changelog for any other changes. I will upload an updated video later today (The video i have in there right now is not what the menu looks like anymore). It is still 1.12 style however because i prefer it.

BEST ADDITION is minicon with status.. you can see ip addresses and find out where people live. You can also see all client numbers and names (easy to kick people and ban people)

I added a time toggle for S&
(4min/2.5min) plus 5000 per kill, I think that's better than more lives. Toggle is instant so if your team is down to a few seconds and need more time to plant just toggle and extra time is added 
only issue issue I have is trying to figure out why the game waits til the bomb explodes or time runs out before starting the next round. Just killing the enemy team won't do it :/

Yea U suppose you would lol. 2 questions. Super Stopping Power apparently can't be used as a toggle, so I've added a on/off command:
set 3opt7r "set perk_bulletDamage 500;"
set 3opt8r "set perk_bulletDamage 10;"
You think these are acceptable values? Not sure what the default for stopping power is though. Also, do you know any dvars to prevent explosion damage (grenade launchers/rpg)? I tried Super Blast Shield and set value to 999 but that didnt work..

Alright NGU this is my V2 1.12 patch. My first patch was pretty successful and i took some of your ideas and demands and i added them to my patch. I have added quite a bit of stuff since my v1 and i have moved some stuff around. The menu is noob tube compatible now. The menu still opens up with dpad left but i have changed noob tubes to dpad up. So whenever you feel you want to noob tube, you can do so now! I have also added a miniconsole to the menu (this allows you to see client numbers and names, so you can kick or ban the proper players... without kicking yourself anymore). Along with this is something called status, which will display the ip address of members in a lobby. You can then take this ip address and search it on the internet in order to find out where they live geologically speaking. This is really fun to do and can creep people out. Check my changelog for any other changes. I will upload an updated video later today (The video i have in there right now is not what the menu looks like anymore). It is still 1.12 style however because i prefer it.
