Anyways, I have not seen a Style Like This On Many Patches so I hope you guys Enjoy!
This Base has x + y scrolling as well.
There are not a great deal of functions, but I would say a fair amount. I will be updating this patch about every month or so.
Feedback Is appreciated!

Controls (Out Of Menu)
Up - Open Menu
Controls (In Menu)
Up - Scroll Up
Down - Scroll Down
Right - Scroll Right
Left - Scroll Left
R2/Frag - Close Menu
Bugs:
All Players Menu Box seems to dissappear and reappear sometimes. Does not affect the usage of menu in any way. I will fix this in v2. Please Report any more Bugs!
