This is my private patch I have been using for around 10 months. It has 10 menus and 100+ options...
Its a basic CFG menu with all the necessary functions for hosting lobbies inconspicuously (and it hardly ever crashes).
This is not meant to be a fun menu with lots of crazy useless options, its meant to stealthily enhance the players experience and especially those who record and DO NOT want to get caught.

I was not going to release this here, but lots of people told me that it was really useful because it makes it easier for them to cover up they are hacking when they are recording.

Trickshotters and Feeders
This patch is perfect for trickshotters... because it is 1.13 style, meaning the menu is in the killfeed area... so when people join it doesn't appear in the middle of the screen like most other patches. Oh and the button binds are set out so you can use the menu and play at the same time.

Explosive Bullets:
This is probably the best feature for trickshotters. You can turn the Explosive Bullets on just by pressing down on the dpad, so you don't have to go through the menu each time so if you are recording it doesn't show the menu when you are using explosive bullets. This helps alot so you don't get caught showing the menu when you record.

Don't groan at me for releasing a simple menu because this is supposed to be HELPFUL for the few of us who still take MW2 somewhat seriously (and aren't fond of getting caught)

CONTROLS:

DPAD UP: Opens the Menu
DPAD LEFT: Closes the Menu
R3: Selects Mod
CIRCLE: Closes Sub Menu and brings you back to the Main Menu
DPAD UP and DOWN to scroll through the options when the menu is open.
*When the menu is closed, DPAD DOWN, turns on Explosive Bullets*

This is why that whole trick shotting scene has gone to shit. PS3 players need hacks and XBOX players need people to set up. But, we can't stop it now.

a patch is created to have fun with, not to cheat to achieve more than the others. (since i think not many people are taking leveling serious on mw2 i guess you can cheat with that, but as modding, trickshoting is a comunity too, i dont really want a comunity to eat another one)

lols i dont agree, i have a 3.55 and any patch you use is to have an advantage over other players. some patches are funner than others,have more options but regardless they all contain options which will make you advantageous over anyone else,like uav,explosive bullets, lobby mods, list can go on also trickshotting communtity is dead ^^ too much hacks on mw2 now eps are just flooded with hacks

Why even bother buying a 3.55 Ps3 and hosting if you "Don't want to get caught" modding. seems quite contradicting.
