when I look at some threads I see a lot of people asking how to get a .CFG menu etc.
So I decided to make a tutorial for that.

- Tutorial

- Step 1

You need to have a modded 'buttons_default.cfg' file.
There are many different mods so it's up to you what .cfg you want.

I recommend to use a .cfg mod from a known modder as example JokaModz.

Search one you like click on the link.
(Remember be careful with choosing these take only the one that are tested allready !)

- Step 2

Download the modded .cfg file and put in the root of your USB like this.

IMPORTANT:
If the downloaded file is called as example 'jokamodz.cfg' you must have to rename to 'buttons_default.cfg'
in order to let it work.

- Step 3

Put USB with the modded .cfg file in the right slot of your PS3.
and start MW2 it must be a disc version so if you get MW2 from the PlayStation©Store it won't work !

- Step 4

Now the boring part finding a .cfg infection in order to get a CFG mod menu.

and find someone who hosting .cfg infections.

If you find someone, join he's pre-game-lobby session, and check if he's hosting
the good infection if it look like this your good to go.

the red underlined text is what you need. The text 'thashadowgamers' is not needed !

- Step 5

Now when you correctly joined he's session backout to splitscreen and load/make 1 player profile.
Then you will see you got the same text as the guy got in he's pre-game-lobby.

Then you have to go to
GAME SETUP -> Playstation©Network Unlocks -> 'ON'

- Step 6

Start the splitscreen game and auto-assign and choose a class.
Then you have to press the following buttons on your controller

'SELECT' + 'PAD-UP/ARROW UP'

now your menu should load up, end the game and go back 'Play Online' and your ready to go.
In order to let work .cfg mod menu online you have to be the host of the game so a good internet connection is
reccomend !

Im not trying to put you down man. But this is like a post on how to open a box of pop tarts. If some one cant drag a file into a usb then they have some serious brain issues.
And i'd suggest asking taylor to close it he's pretty active in the mw2 section.

^^That pretty much says it all. MW2 is so bad, with all the radars and sh!te, I really wish they would just patch it. I have a private patch for that game, and I don't even enjoy playing it anymore, as everytime I start a game 5 secs into the spamming on the screen starts...it's old..



Dude, I say fuk em'. Yea, this is how the game is ruined, but making a tut to try and help people...well..there's nothing wrong in doing that. Let the hate flow. People hate me cause I bitch about all the dumb fake hacking on MW2..but I could care less..lol...
