Hey NGU It's Kosmic
bringing you a brand new menu base created by xePixTvx a member of the clan 
. Basically I was tired of seeing ro making all the bases but this base has cursor remembrance,auto scrolling,Message Bar,and a Custom Scrolling Effect.Click on the picture to make it bigger Credits:

You should clean up your code though! Remember, it doesn't just matter if the file runs. It should be neat and easy to understand! :p

I coded that base for a clan patch but nobody worked on it xD so we decide to release just the base.
Thats why the code is not so easy to understand
