Hello everyone,
The day of the release of 4.40 was a very sad day for the modding community.
Bypassing gameupdates and patches
We have all been looking and we have found some working ways to bypass again.
Here is mine working tutorial.
1: Open CMD and type 'ipconfig'
2: Look for IPv4 Address, type that in as your Proxy Address on your ps3.
3: Put port as 27 considering your using PC As Proxy
4: Drag PS3YAB Into Downloads Folder
5: Launch YABStart.bat
6: Sign into PSN
7: Delete the 1.14 MW2 patch.
8: Start up MW2 and enjoy bypass.

You cant bypass during gameplay. I know a way to still use your modded patches and still join 1.14 rooms.
FYI..(im not posting the files needed, you can find them on your own because i dont support leechers)
Heres what u need
1. jailbroke ps3 (if its your only system make sure to spoof to 4.40, if u have an "online" system as well u can data transfer and will still work)
2. 1.14.pkg file
3. ftp server
4. usb thumb drive
Ok, easy peasey lemon squeezy. First make sure you have loaded mw2 on your jb sys. Second install 1.14 pkg file(not 1.14 update from sony!)
from your usb stick. Then go to ftp and choose your modded patch, ftp it to you jb system as usual and boom there goes the dynamite. modded patch after 1.14 and 4.40! play with spoofed or data transfer to your other system.
Sorry i didnt go into great detail but those of you who know how to jb/mod should have no problem. all the files needed can be found in these forums. :y:
Oh, and DONT delete self mp or non of that junk like everyone else says cause that automatically puts u on bypass, and since bypass is patched u wont be able to join ANY rooms!

Are you saying you know a way to host GSC menus on 1.14? Or you know how to use modded patches such as 1.14 menus?
