Blue Haze v1

This patch was Orginally MazyModz Private Patch But i Just Added a Little Bit More to make it look a bit more intresting and more exciting, There are two Menus in the Rar File one which is the menu in the video and the other which is the Blue Edition which has A Nice Blue Shader
