Hi ActionModz .. you can use a C# DLL called Kernel i think ?? and a other DLL called DevComponents I think to make it look like that ... but it only makes the X and stuff .... to make it completely like that simply
do this .. :
Form Border Style (on Form Options) : NONE
and then you need to search on the web for this ... C# - Make Form Move when Form Border Style is NONE and put the code in theree ... replace C# with the language you use...
then you can move it around with your mouse ...
and then simply make a rectangular box for the contents and then you can make a LABEL with text X and a label with text _ or - and make it when hovered BOLD and simply define the code of it when click ...

Make a label with the title of the program and put it in the middle of the top bar and put the icon on the left corner ...

Its easier to use the DLL´s but with this you dont need to worrie about any DLL Bugs and DLL Extra Coding...

EDIT : Also you can make a colorful rectangle box on the outside of your program so it gives that Sexy Style .. I will be making a tutorial on my YT (You must login or register to view this content.) on that ... and I will include all the code necessary in VB n C#.
I will also be willing to help people coding whenever im free if they give me credits
