You are free to make whatever you want except Viruses unless they are False - Positive (Files that arent viruses but are detected as virus :|) .. . and currently I am making a Programming Notepad & COD Multi Tool and that tool will include besides the Notepad a (FF Viewer , RTM Tool , Zone Editor , Zone Extractor , Zone Injeector , CFG Anti Leech , GSC Optimizer , Region Converter , Syntax Highlighting , Code Browsers ....... and might something that im forgetting ) and then I might do a Multi Tool aswell .. and ... I have already made the following as released : Code Browser , CFG Maker (First Ever with 15 SUB Menus and Quick Options and DVAR and vstr ability) , CFG Anti Leech , I helped several people aswell... thats all for now cuz I havent released anything more I i remember...
