I'm not sure if it works anymore.. but you guys could try.

1. You use the shop firmware
-> Inside that firmware is a bypass that bypasses the patches
2. Install it
3. Delete MW2 patch
4. Enjoy?

-> Again this is a theory.. It worked for me before.

The firmware was Kisok Shop firmware.

Lol. thats true. Also, its chances are very low. I did have a problem with this last year, I warn you don't do this unless you really need a challenge lobby. You could be stuck on that firmware. This is bad also because if Black Ops 2 releases a new patch you won't be able to update it.
