how can i use visual studios to open up another rtm program to edit it?

You must got the project and source so When You only Got the application you cant edit it

so first what you have to do is stop being a little bitch... then stop being a leecher and editing shit. Start making your own shit and figuring out how to do shit yourself. We are bringing bypass back. And we are bringing it back the right way. with rtm tools so little leechers such as yourself cant just open the tool and edit it like people have been doing with patches.
