Hey there NGU, here is a tool that I recently made for MW2, its all clients, meaning you can mod all the clients stats etc. :p This works for both CEX and DEX because if I didn't then the CEX kids would start crying stare . Anyways, here are some pictures of it:

P.S. I accidentally left a tool tip in there that said something about the player being kicked when the stat is set, well that is false, they will not be kicked or anything, the only thing that kicks the client is when you set prestige to them. So ignore that tool tip please.

Probably a very stupid question but I'm new to ps3 modding. When you open up non all clients account management, at the bottom right it says download eboot. Do I need to use the eboot in order for this rtm tool to work?

No thats just a debug eboot u can download if you need one.
