Knowledge is power 
Dump of ids to do all client stuff with rtm. They're the stat index ids that you can use
through the gamesendserver command.

N 2064 0A000
command (N for stats as you can see here, stat index id, Value in HEX (10)
An example:
client, N, id, value

You did not add the ones to do classes with
As you can give people colour classes and whatever guns plus camos ect
Plus all the mw2 stat index are on the web there the same as 360 soo google mw2 stat index and there ya go lol
