The menu has force host in it but is not very strong AT ALL!, There is a slight bug with this menu is that if you are not host then you freeze

The reason i havent updated this thread with diffrent resolutions is because i think this menu sucks so i have been writing this menu

It's because your TV doesn't support 1080p res. So you ps3 is either displaying 1080i or 720 or lower and the menu only properly shows on 1080p. But he is working on making it compatible with 1080i and 720.
Just check back in a bit.

if i can find some spare time i will but i released the source so if you wanted you could just fix it to 1080i yourself i have no problem with that you could even share it here and i would be fine :p

i dont think sprx works on cex but i think that if your on cobra featured firmware it does im sure if your on HABIB then it might work, but you will have to make your own eboot if you get it working then leave it here and ill add it to the thread and credit you :p
